Our environmental performance

• Printed matter and paper: Certified printer paper, environmentally certified printer and uncoated printed matter
• Waste separation & waste avoidance: Together with you as a guest, we separate our waste and make sure that we reduce our waste generation.
• Cooperation with preferably environmentally certified companies (e.g. our laundry & our printing partner)
• Energy consumption: We use partially automatically controlled light circuits and a centrally controlled heating system to ensure economical consumption and are happy that our guests also help out at this point.
• Water consumption: By optimally adjusting the flow rates, we ensure economical consumption and thus generate large water savings.
• Drinking water: Our house works with Grander water, which has excellent drinking quality and also reduces the CO2 footprint caused by logistics.
• Electricity mix: Consists of renewable energy sources
• We use natural products for decoration in the house
• Bicycles: There is a large bicycle storage room in our hotel, so there is nothing to stop you arriving by bicycle
• Transfer: We offer a free shuttle service to and from the train station for our guests arriving by train
• Strengthening the region: In our cooperations we rely on regional partners to keep the added value in the region.
• Seasonality and regionality: In our kitchen we pay attention to local and seasonal products and prefer to work with local producers
